Anne Jones: Executive Director

Anne believes that Workshops for Youth and Families gives kids a lifetime advantage and equips them with the skills and tools they need to mature into successful adults. Before assuming the role of Executive Director in June 2009, Anne was an avid WYF supporter for many years as a parent volunteer and Board member. Her passion, vision and enthusiasm to see WYF continue well into the future is infectious and inspiring. She brings fourteen years of previous experience at IBM in the sales & management arena followed by operating her own small business. As a mother to three children who have participated in WYF programs and two of whom currently serve as Peer Leaders, Anne has witnessed firsthand the positive impact WYF has on youth and is determined to see it continue for many years to come.

In her spare time, Anne is passionate about cooking, traveling, reading and spending time with her three children! To contact Anne, please email her at anne@workshopsaz.org or call 480.567.0298.

Ali Carter: Director of Marketing & Communications

As the Director of Marketing & Communications for Workshops for Youth and Families, Ali is the "do it all girl." She began her journey with Workshops back in 2002 when she became a volunteer Peer Leader for three years. Immediately drawn to helping youth and mentoring them to lead happy lives, Ali knew her journey with WYF wouldn't end there.

After graduating with a Marketing Degree from Arizona State University in 2006, Ali came back on board as a volunteer Leadership Team member in which she assists with the faciliation of the summer and year-round programs. Ali's passion and love for WYF has continued and in March 2008, she accepted a position as Office Coordinator and was promoted to Communications Manager in December 2008. When she's not working, you may find her on the beaches in Rocky Point! To contact Ali, email her at ali@workshopsaz.org or call 480.567.0298
