The Leadership Team consists of working adults,and graduate students with advanced training, skills and experience which enables them to be highly involved with the presentation and facilitation of specific Workshops activities under the direction of Dr. Mils-Yerger. As former Peer Leaders, the Leadership Team provides Workshop participants and Peer Leaders with outstanding role models who share the life experiences which have contributed to their success and growth. Many of these young adults are pursuing post-graduate degrees in psychology, social work, family studies or education.
