Program Cancellation Policy

* All requests must be made in writing via mail, e-mail, or fax. Refunds will be given on requests postmarked no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the Workshop, less the $75 non-refundable deposit (for summer Workshops) or less the $15 processing fee (for all other Workshops). Credit towards an upcoming Workshop will be given on requests received in the office up to the Friday before the Workshop, less the $75 non-refundable deposit/$15 processing fee. Credits are valid for exactly one (1) year from the date of cancellation. All requests must be received by our offices in writing Monday-Friday by 5pm. There are no exceptions.

Early adolescence is an optimal time for shaping enduring patterns of behavior that set a young person on a successful course for life. This workshop helps pre-teens develop the skills they need for leadership such as maintaining a sense of self-worth, forming close, durable friendships, and achieving a reliable basis for making informed choices. In this safe, encouraging, and lively environment, they will:

• Identify age-appropriate independence
• Learn how to handle their feelings in different situations
• Negotiate new and conflicting demands and pressures
• Learn how to establish friendships and a sense of belonging among peers
• Respect and nurture their emerging identity
• Strengthen social skills
• Become more involved in community, family, and school

1. Take 101 North
2. Exit at Princess Dr/Pima Rd Exit
3. Merge right, so you are heading North on Pima Rd
4. Take a right on E. Legacy Blvd.
5. Make a right on 98th St, ending at 18600 N. 98th St.
