During this 5-day experiential adventure, teens learn the essentials of healthy and open communication patterns as well as social and life skills. They become more aware of their positive strengths and abilities, which promotes self-esteem. They improve their decision-making skills and master everyday issues. In a safe and “no put down” atmosphere the Workshop helps teens to:

• Deal with peer relationships and peer pressures
• Overcome self-defeating thoughts, behavior and actions
• Identify and begin to understand and express emotions
• Communicate with respect (anger and attitude management)
• Cultivate problem-solving habits
• Enhance self-confidence and self-worth
• Develop and enhance positive friendships
• Enhance social skills
