In this 5-day Workshop, 15-19 year olds are provided the opportunity to build additional transitional skills as they approach young adulthood. During this experiential process, strategies and concepts will be presented to stimulate higher self-esteem, advanced problem solving, decision-making, and stress reduction skills with the support of a highly skilled staff in a safe and caring environment. The Advanced Workshop is directed towards:

• Develop a secure personal boundary system
• Enhance understanding of the physical, emotional, mental, social and sexual self
• Increase self-motivation, constructive expression and assertiveness
• Gain skills for coping with a variety of environments and situations
• Learn to set long- and short-term goals
• Focus energy and commitment toward future goals
