You asked for it! Our teenage workshop participants said that learning how to cope and understand the dynamics of friendships and various relationships is what they wanted to explore most at workshop. Well, we listened! Dr. Franny and her team are excited to bring back this exciting workshop for 13-16 year olds-- a "Five-hour Guide to Rewarding Relationships"-- that focuses on these very topics!

Having relationships at this age and balancing all the other responsibilities of growing up and preparing for adult life can be overwhelming; how do you develop healthy communication and boundaries, and maintain a strong sense of self?

Join our Master Facilitator, Dr. Frances Mills-Yerger, and her trained peer mentors, as they explore healthy peer relationships and develop skills to that will help empower them to make the right choices when it comes to relationships and friendships. This workshop will teach your teen how to:

• Listen and react to the red flags (those “inner” alarms) where action must be taken for necessary change
• Evaluate current relationships to decide if you should keep investing in them—or move on
• Develop confidence and inner strength to face conflict when opinions, ideas, morals, and values collide
• Better understand and evaluate peer pressures, relationship issues, and misunderstood communication
