Workshop validations and testimonials

Dear Mom-

Thank you for believing in me and sending me (kicking and screaming) to Workshop. . . One of the most important things I learned was that even though I thought I didn’t need this program-how much I really did and I wanted so much to let go of all the emotions I had bottled up inside of me.

Dear Mom-

. . .I was surprised at how much I got out of it and how much I will take with me through the rest of my life. . . One of the most important things I learned was to never put yourself down and rise up to the occasion. I intend to bring home everything I learned and use it in every way possible.

Dear Mom and Dad-

Something I will never forget is that everybody, even me, got up in front of everyone and said their fears. Some of them were really heartbreaking. I was surprised that I got really connected to my family at workshop. I hope to bring back support and love to my family. I appreciate you both, I just sometimes don't show it and I am so sorry.
