In 2012 four of our female Peer Leaders received the Girls World Expo 2012 Girls of Merit award. The Girls of Merit are exceptional women that volunteer time in the community to empower youth.
In March, 2013 Dr. Franny was recognized by MASK magazine of Arizona, as one of their to top 10 finalists for “Moms Making a Difference” Unity Award. We thank MASK magazine for their recognition. Dr. Franny was delighted to accept the award and to receive the recognition for Workshops for Youth and Families.
In July, 2015 Dr. Franny received the Millennium Milestone Maker Award from the World Academy for the Future of Women. The award is given to member of the local community whose life has made a significant contribution to the United Nations Millennium Development Goals.
In August, 2015 Dr. Franny was recognized by the Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence as a finalist for the Outstanding Out-of-School Time Professional Award.
In October, 2015 Scottsdale Leadership awarded Dr. Franny with the 2015 Frank W. Hodges Alumni Achievement Award.
